1. Acceptance of Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your swerte9 account balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• swerte9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any swerte9 content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• swerte9's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• swerte9 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

10. Responsible Gaming

swerte9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all swerte9 players:
